Our Process

Free On Site Consultation

A member of the team will come to your place of residence or business and provide on site measurements, get the color and style based customer needs.

Estimate

After the consultation and customer input an estimate sheet will be provided will be given to the customer with bill of materials needed for the job such as, cabinets, screws, hardware, and countertops. Sinks, countertops, and knobs/handles are not included in the estimate unless specified by the customer. Along with the bill of materials the cost of installation is also input on the estimate. a floor plan of the cabinets to be install will be provided to the customer detailing the size, style, and position of the cabinets ordered by the customer. A breakdown with price and color is also provided as well.

Invoicing

After the customer agrees to the estimate and invoice will be promptly provided. To began the process of ordering the material a deposit in the for of cost of good will needed the deposit also acts a a retainer of services. Cash, check, credit card*, and Zelle are all acceptable forms of payment. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services or point-of-sale installment loans such as Klarna and Affirm are also acceptable with different terms.

* Credit/debit cards are subject to a 4% Fee.

Material Purchase & Installation

When we deliver, it’s not just a finished product—it’s a solution you can trust, backed by real care and effort. Once the invoice is satisfied materials will be purchased and installation will be scheduled. The process of material purchase may take 5 to 7 business days for stock model cabinets, 10 to 15 business days for special order cabinets. When all materials have been purchased a team member will contact the customer to schedule installation.
